Q: How do we arrange the payment?
A: This is for custom work only
Once we agree on a quote, i'll ask for a 50 percent deposit to my paypal adress (only for > 300 euros payment)

Q: Then what?
A: I'll start working on ideas and then send them to you in internet resolution.
Important : You have to understand that i can't redo the design 10 times, having some touch ups here and here is ok. But not having something redesigned over and over... If changes are too complex, i will have to charge you a bit more.

Q: How long until completion?
A: It really depends. If i'm working with you, chances are i'm also working with someone else.
Sometimes it can take a few days and sometimes up to 1 month.
You have to understand that graphic design, art, take time. A lot of time.
If you need a full cd layout in 3 days, i'll have to charge a "rush" fee.

Q: What is the final step?
A : In order to send you the high resolution files ready to be printed, you will have to send me the other 50% of the payment.
Important : The final payment should be made immediatly upon completion.
Q: I change my mind, the band have splitted, my cat dies... can I get my money back or my 50% deposit back?....
A: No. ....If i worked on your design, you can't get your deposit back.

The only things i ask if possible :
- This is the most important part: Please credit me! (on myspace, facebook, everywhere the work i've done is displayed)
- Please send me a shirt, a cd, whatever i did for you. It's important to me, and for my pressbook.
- Please put me in your myspace top friend list, put a link to my page... It will be much appreciated.
